Learn how to make restaurant style Chicken Korma recipe - a quick & easy to make Indian main course from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1/2 kg Chicken <br />150 gms Curd <br />1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste <br />Salt to taste <br />3 tbsp Oil <br />1/2 inch Cinnamon, 3 Cloves, 2 Cardamom <br />1 tbsp Fennel Seeds <br />2 Onions, chopped <br />Coriander Leaves <br />1.2 tsp Turmeric Powder <br />1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder <br />1 & 1/2 tbsp Chicken Masala <br />4 tbsp Cashew Powder <br />Water <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- Marinate the chicken pieces with curd, ginger garlic paste & salt. Keep it aside for sometime. <br />- In a pan heat some oil. Add cinnamon, cardamom & cloves. <br />- Then add chopped onion, coriander leaves. Mix everything well. <br />- Let everything cook for 10 minutes. <br />- Then add marinated chicken and mix well. <br />- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chicken masala & cashew powder. Mix well. <br />- Add water, salt and let everything cook well for 10 minutes. <br />- Once the chicken is cooked, the dish is ready, <br />- Chicken Korma is ready to serve with chapati / roti / rice.
